Here is a delicious idea from my good friend, PK Mayeux.

Blend 2/3 cup of apple butter with 1 8-oz package of cream cheese and use?it as a spread over apple pancakes, waffles, bagels.

Apple Butter is perfect on:

• hot oatmeal
• squash, winter or summer
• baked potato
