Success can be carefully calculated using sales figures, added merchants, and distributors. Or, it can be intuitively concluded when one begins to think, “We need more help to keep up with business.” These were the words echoing in Waite Maclin’s head when he introduced two new members to the Pastor Chuck Orchards’ team.

Meet Nancy Ricker, who joined the company part-time in June as Operations Manager. Ricker will be responsible for following up with prospects, overseeing administrative duties, and playing a role in creative marketing. Darrell Mayeux has also become a key player assisting in Business Development and Marketing.
