Pastor Chuck's Products Fit the Increasingly Popular Trend: Kosher


Today, more and more people are buying kosher products - and they aren't all Jewish. Actually, according to research only about 50 percent of kosher customers are Jewish. The remaining half includes Seventh-day Adventists, Muslims, vegetarians and vegans, lactose intolerants, and people allergic to gluten - and people who simply feel the kosher symbol ensures quality and purity of food.

Pastor Chuck Orchards, which offers kosher products, is part of an industry growing at the rate of 15 percent per year. According to an April Associated Press story, the kosher food industry topped $11.5 billion in 2005.
